At Change AZ, we autopay after every session you attend. You put a card on file in your personal online portal, and our system charges it the evening after your session. We do not accept insurance. If you need to use your insurance, visit CHANGE LLC to see your options!

Group Therapy

PRICING
We are not currently running therapy groups. If you have 5 or more people who you would like to tailor a group for, let us know and we can start creating YOUR group therapy experience today!

PACKAGES
We offer specialized pricing for businesses and schools, depending on your needs. 

Relational Therapy and Premarital Counseling

PRICING
$100 for 75 minute session with Independent and associate level therapists.
$60 for 75-minute session with internship level therapists.

90 minute couples or family sessions are available for $125 ($90 with intern therapist).

PACKAGES
$800 for 8 sessions includes the price of the assessment. 

$500 for 4 sessions plus unique couple's assessment.

Optional: Create your own pre-marital counseling package! Ask us to get you started with the assessment, and then determine how many sessions might be appropriate. 

Individual Therapy

$75 for 53-minute session with Independent Licensed therapists; $60 for associate level licenses therapists; and $40 for internship level therapists.

EMDR
90-minute session Required. $100/session. This is a specialty service and only offered by our trauma therapists.

15 minute add-ons are available upon request for $20.


Cancelation
If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, we will charge $5. Not for services rendered, for time lost making appointments and not being able to fill them with others who would show up. This cost is not for services, it is a penalty for holding a time slot without the option to fill it up.
